21   Why can't I view the entire HawkNet screen on my monitor?
You may need to adjust the font size of your browser or make sure you scroll to the right and/or left to view the entire screen.
 
22   Why doesn't the "Back" button on my browser or the "Enter" key on my keyboard function properly while I am in HawkNet?
Depending upon your PC setup and browser, the "Back" button and "Enter" key may function differently. Use the "Menu" and "Submit" buttons as directed instead
