In accordance with Federal Regulatory Citations, institutions are required to provide the following information for each program that leads to gainful employment:
1. Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) codes
2. On-time graduation rates
3. Cost of the program to include books and fees
4. Placement rate for students completing the program
5. Median loan debt incurred by students who have completed the program
The Educational Department (ED) has not developed a disclosure form as of yet. Therefore, HCC provides the information in the following chart:

If a program has less than 10 graduates per year, due to privacy issues, the Median Loan Debt and the On-Time Graduation rates are not reported to the public.

* In order for a program to be considered part of the gainful employment, the program has to meet the following:
- has to be financial aid eligible
- technical programs of at least one academic year in length
- program has to lead to a certificate or credentialed non-degree
- clock hour programs have to be 600 hours or longer
- college credit certificate programs have to be 30 credit hours or less
