Head Coach, Jennifer Sepielli
Jennifer Sepielli is the proud daughter of her late father, Sam Sepielli, and mother, Virginia Sepielli. She has one sister Melissa and a brother Guytano. She was born and raised in Fort Myers, Florida where she attended and played basketball her first two years of high school at Bishop Verot under Coach Bob Batson and finished her last two years playing and graduating at Mariner High School under Coach Dwayne Donnell.
She was then recruited by Coach Derrick Worrels and signed a scholarship to play for the Women’s Basketball program for Hillsborough Community College under Coach Yolanda Whitehead. Jennifer was captain of her team and was named Scholar-Athlete of the Year both her freshman and sophomore year. She graduated with her AA in business and was a part of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
Jen was determined to stay in Tampa, Florida and transferred to The University of South Florida to continue her education on and off the court. She tried out for Head Coach Jose Fernandez and finished her college career as a Lady Bull for USF. Jennifer graduated with her Finance degree in 2004 for University of South Florida.
Jennifer has always stayed involved with Hillsborough Community College, HCC, and stayed close to the program through the years. She has had the honor of playing for wonderful coaches in her past and helped assist under the former HCC Coaches; Coach Derrick Worrels, Coach Neil Risher, Coach Stephen Taylor, and Coach Tommy Jones. Sepielli has also been blessed to have Coach Timmy Maloney, who is the assistant Men’s Coach at Baylor University as a Mentor.
Sepielli's finished second in the Mid-Florida conference and took her team to States her first year as the Head Coach of the Women's Basketball Team. Her starting point guard Yashira Delgado graduated from HCC, signed and is currently playing for Florida State University.

Chris Ward, Skill Development Coach
As a player, Chris played D1 NCAA college basketball at Texas Christian University. He then went on to play professionally in Europe for seven seasons in eight different countries. Chris worked at IMG Academy in Florida and focused on individual skill development. Recently, he has been working at The Skills Center which focuses on life skills, academics and athletics for young American athletes. In addition, he trains NBA players in the area of individual skills. He currently trains New York Knicks Jarred Jeffries and Renaldo Balkman. In the past, he has trained and worked with some of the best players in the NBA including Chauncey Billups, Eric Maynor, Vince Carter, Tayshawn Prince, Montay Ellis, Al Harrington, JJ Hickson, Roger Mason, and more.
