Brandon Campus “Spotlight Award"

The Brandon Campus Advisory Council has been looking for a way to recognize individuals who “go beyond the call of duty” in making the campus a great place to work and for students to take full advantage of learning opportunities.  Toward that end we have created the “Spotlight Award” in cooperation with Lackmann Culinary Services. 

How it works:  Any full time faculty or staff who sees one of our colleagues performing a service or activity that you think goes beyond the call of duty or which makes our campus just that much better, can go to the dean’s office, my office, or Mr. Zaborosky’s office and pick up a $5.00 “Spotlight Award” voucher which can be exchanged for breakfast or lunch in our main cafeteria in Student Services.   All you need to do is have the name of the employee you want to recognize.  The name of that individual will then be printed on the voucher form.   There will be 40 vouchers in total, with each dean receiving 10 of those, my office 5, and Mr. Zaborosky, 5.  The employee can then go to the cafeteria and use the “Spotlight Award” voucher any time the cafeteria is open (M-Th).  The voucher must be used before June 21^st 2009.

Ground Rules:  For the person using the voucher form:  you will be required to pay for any expense beyond the $5.00 value of the voucher AND, if you spend LESS than the $5.00, you will NOT get any change back, even if you only use a small portion of the value of the voucher.
