ETI 1420 Manufacturing Processes and Materials
3 credits This course is an introduction to modern manufacturing materials, processes, and systems. Materials, processes and systems are the basic building blocks of modern manufacturing and are best taught together. The student will learn to identify and distinguish appropriate materials and processing selections given general performance needs and production rates. Material physical and mechanical properties are covered along with the equipment and processing methods used in modern manufacturing. |
