What To Do If My Hawk (ID) Card is Lost or Stolen?
Lost/Stolen Hawk Cards: A lost/stolen card may be reported 7-days a week, 24 hours a day, on-line at https://www.onecardgivesback.com or by calling Cardholder Customer Service at: 1-866-400-8627.

Report the loss or theft immediately to the HCC Department of Public Safety, in person or by phone at (813) 253-7911. After office hours, and on weekends, students, faculty and staff should contact the HCC Department of Public Safety at (813) 253-7911.
• When you report your lost or stolen Hawk Card via the website listed above and the HCC Department of Public Safety, it will be deactivated so no one else will be able to use your card.
• Within 48 hours you may go to any Campus Bookstore, or the Library at SouthShore and replace your card at any time during business hours. There is a $20.00 card replacement fee for lost cards, if your card was stolen and if you bring in a Law Enforcement (police) report for the incident the replacement fee is $10 for the first occurrence only!
• Payments are accepted in the form of cash or credit card. Please make payments at any Campus Bookstore. We do not issue "temporary “ID cards.
• Lost cards cannot be reactivated once a replacement card has been created and if found should be destroyed to eliminate any confusion on the cardholder’s part.
NOTE: The Cardholder is responsible for unauthorized financial transactions that occurred prior to proper notification of a lost/stolen Hawk Card. HILLSBOROUGH COMMUNITY COLLEGE does not assume liability for fraudulent card transactions!
