• When you report your lost or stolen Hawk Card, it will be deactivated so no one else will be able to use your card.
• Within 48 to 72 hours you will receive a reply from the helpdesk that you may go to any Campus Bookstore, or the Library at SouthShore and replace your card at any time during business hours. There is a $20.00 card replacement fee for lost cards, if your card was stolen and if you bring in a Law Enforcement (police) report for the incident the replacement fee is $10.00 for the first occurrence only!
• Payments are accepted in the form of cash or credit card. Please make payments at any Campus Bookstore. We do not issue "temporary “ID cards.
• Lost cards cannot be reactivated once a replacement card has been created and if found should be destroyed to eliminate any confusion on the cardholder’s part.
NOTE: The Cardholder is responsible for unauthorized financial transactions that occurred prior to proper notification of a lost/stolen Hawk Card. HILLSBOROUGH COMMUNITY COLLEGE does not assume liability for fraudulent card transactions!
