The Office of Human Resources provides comprehensive personnel services to the faculty and staff of Hillsborough Community College.

These services include the recruitment of personnel, administration of employee benefits, compensation, employee and labor relations, and the administration of the College's workers' compensation and unemployment programs.

Human Resources advises HCC Leadership on the best practices, and recommends and implements policies and procedures consistent with state and federal regulations and guidelines.
