Hillsborough Community College is conducting the 2009 Employee Excellence Program. The faculty, adjunct, supervisor and staff awards will be selected at the campus (the District Offices are considered a campus) and college levels. The Administrator award will be selected only at the college level.
SUBMISSION OF NOMINATION - Click on the link above to complete and submit a nomination for one of the awards. The 2009 program will include five awards.
FACULTY Excellence Award - all full-time faculty hired on or before the start of Academic Year 2008 to 2009 (August 20, 2008) are eligible.
ADJUNCT FACULTY Excellence Award - all adjunct faculty who have taught at least one class in at least two semesters during the last two academic years are eligible.
ADMINISTRATOR Excellence Award - all administrators (non-Cabinet members) hired on or before the start of Academic Year 2008 to 2009 (August 20, 2008) are eligible.
SUPERVISOR Excellence Award - all full-time employees who have completed their probationary period, supervise at least one employee, and were hired on or before the start of Academic Year 2008 to 2009 (August 20, 2008) are eligible.
STAFF Excellence Award - all full-time, non-supervisory employees who have completed their probationary period and were hired on or before the start of Academic Year 2008 to 2009 (August 20, 2008) are eligible.
Attached you will find the Guidelines for the 2009 awards and the introduction letter from Dr. Stephenson. We look forward to your recognition of our outstanding employees.
