Clinical Obligations

As part of clinical education in the Radiography Program, the student will be required to travel to Tampa General Hospital, Saint Joseph’s Hospitals (Main & North), J.A. Haley Veteran’s Hospital, Memorial Hospital, H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center, Florida Orthopaedic Institute, and various locations of CareView Radiography. Parking at these facilities may or may not require an additional fee which is to be paid by the student.

Students will also be required to “shadow” at one of the area hospitals. The “shadow” schedule will be determined at the Program orientation.

The clinical day is scheduled from 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., three days per week (except for the initial first semester of school).
