If you prefer to live off campus, you may want to start your search by consulting an apartment guide from the city where you plan to live. Apartment guides are available free of charge via the Internet (such as ForRent.com, Rent.com, Apartmentguide.com; apartmentlist.com) or at public places, such as grocery stores.  You may have to arrange temporary housing at a local hotel while you are searching for a more permanent home.  Look for hotels near the Tampa airport and Dale Mabry Campus.  Please note that the CIE does not recommend, endorse, or assume responsibility for any housing arrangements made by students.

Remember to report your new address to your International Student Advisor within 10 days of the move-in date. Federal regulations require all F-1 students to report address changes within 10 days of receiving the change.
