May 6 – 9, 2013: El Salvador 

Meet an HCC representative at the HACU EducationUSA Fair in San Salvador on Wednesday, May 8. Prospective students will learn more about the many advantages of studying at Hillsborough Community College. Staff will also visit local high schools during this trip.

To arrange a meeting/interview with an HCC recruitment representative in San Salvador, please send us an email at:  international@hccfl.edu.  Write “INTERVIEW: EL SALVADOR” in the subject line.  In addition, please indicate your FULL name, your EMAIL and PHONE NUMBER, and a recruitment representative will contact you to set up an interview.  Please note that we will NOT always be able to accommodate your request. The application fee will be waived for all students who attend a personal meeting/interview with a recruitment representative during this trip.

Please keep in mind that we have limited times for interviews.  If we are unable to accommodate you, please meet us at the education fair.

Highlights from Past Events

March 29-April 2, 2013: South Korea

HCC representatives will participate in the AIEF Education Fair in Seoul (March 30-31, 2013). Prospective students attending this fair will learn more about the advantages of studying at Hillsborough Community College. There will also be a follow-up seminar for students interested in learning more in-depth about HCC. More details coming soon.  

March 14-18, 2013: Indonesia

Come meet staff from HCC's Center for International Education at the IKPII Education Fair in Jakarta (March 16-17, 2013). Prospective students that attend this fair will learn more about the advantages of studying at Hillsborough Community College. HCC will host an on-site presentation at the IKPII Education Fair from 16:00 - 16:45 on Saturday, March 16, 2013.  There will also be a follow-up seminar on March 18, 2013 at the Interlink Education Services Office at 16:00 for students interested in learning more in-depth about Hillsborough Community College. 

March 7-14, 2013: Vietnam

HCC representatives will participate in education fairs organized by Capstone Education and AMVN Education in Ho Chi Minh City (March 9-10, 2013). The prospective students that attend these fairs will meet with HCC representatives to learn more about the advantages of studying at Hillsborough Community College. There will also be a follow-up seminar on March 13, 2013 at the Saigontourist Overseas Study offices for students interested in learning more in-depth about Hillsborough Community College.  

March 3 – 10, 2013: Brazil

HCC representatives participate in an education fair organized by FPP Edu Media in São Paulo (March 9 and 10). Prospective students that attend this fair will meet with CIE staff to learn more about the advantages of studying at Hillsborough Community College. During this trip, HCC representatives will also visit local high schools and advising centers in both São Paulo and Recife. 

February 10 – 19, 2013: Mexico

Meet HCC representatives at education fairs organized by FPP Edu Media in both Guadalajara (February 13) and Mexico City (February 16 and 17). Prospective students will learn more about the advantages of studying at Hillsborough Community College. Staff will visit local high schools in these cities.

January 23 – 30, 2013: Central America

CIE representatives traveled to San Salvador, El Salvador and Managua, Nicaragua to visit with local high schools and meet with parents and prospective students in the EducationUSA centers.
