Below is information regarding Physical Education Courses
The physical education program offers classes in golf, volleyball, tennis, racquetball, basketball, fitness and conditioning, weight training, aerobics, judo and self defense and ballroom dancing.
Students may have the choice of classes beginning and intermediate levels. There are also classes offered in the prevention and care of athletic injuries.
There are physical education classes offered at other HCC campuses.
