Online@HCC Technical Support is available to students and faculty 24/7 via the web or by phone, to provide assistance with all technical issues concerning the Online@HCC website. 

HCC Help Desk
Attention students, faculty, and staff.  For assistance with all HCC campus related technology issues such as password resets (Online@HCC, Hawknet Campus Cruiser, Hawknet WebAdvisor, HCC Wireless) , hardware/software issues, and general technology inquires contact the HCC Help Desk.

HCC ADMISSIONS AND RECORDS
For assistance concerning your transcripts or official records, call the
Admissions, Registration, and Records office. If you make any changes to
your name, address, or phone number, you should contact the Admissions Office immediately.

HCC COUNSELING AND ADVISING OFFICES
Professional counselors are available to all HCC students. Counselors
help students resolve personal, social, career, and educational concerns
that coincide with their educational motivation and achievement potential.

Advisors are available to help students select an educational program, along with the appropriate courses, and to assist with long-range program planning. They evaluate transcripts, interpret placement scores, explain degree requirements, and provide information about transferring to other institutions. Consult an advisor before registering for classes.

HCC BOOKSTORES
HCC Bookstores are the main source for required books and supplies.
New and used books, general college supplies, and art and engineering
supplies are available. Extra services include ordering class rings,
graduations caps, and gowns. The bookstores also buy back most used books.
You can also purchase your textbooks through the Bookstore website.

DISABLED STUDENT SERVICES
The Office of Services for Students with Disabilities provides services
necessary for course participation such as translators, note takers,
Braille paper, talking calculators, and other accommodations.

REGISTRATION
Register for Distance Learning courses the same way you do for
traditional on-campus classes. To obtain information regarding
open/closed classes during registration, please log into HawkNet WebAdvisor.

BURSAR'S OFFICE
Tuition and fees are charged on a per-credit-hour basis and can be paid
at the campus Bursar's office. Students can pay by personal check, cashier's check, cash, MasterCard, or Visa. Students may pay over the telephone or online through Hawknet Webadvisor by MasterCard or Visa, or mail their personal or cashier's check to the Bursar's Office. Be sure to check the school calendar for payment deadlines.

HCC LIBRARIES / LEARNING RESOURCE CENTERS
The HCC Libraries have many resources available to distance learning students.  In addition to our campus library collections, there are a number of online resources available for accessing ebooks, article databases, media, etc.  Please see our LibGuide for more details:  Library Resources for Distance Learning Students
