The Associate in Science in Business Administration and Management prepares students to assume management or supervisory positions in business, industry, and government. It provides basic skills in a broad range of business functions including accounting, computer usage, management, and marketing. Successful completion of this program earns the student entry into any university in the State University System as part of the AS to BS program.

AAS - Business Administration

This program will prepare students for employment in an entry-level position in mid-management in a variety of business environments. The course work focuses on general business administration and management as well as such topics as marketing, business law, finance, and records management.

The State of Florida has established the AS degree in business administration as a transfer degree to any Florida public university with a Baccalaureate Degree in General Business or Business Administration, and Management under the provisions of Rule 6A-10.024. We are changing this program to meet the requirements of this rule. If students would like an AS Business Administration Degree which may transfer to a Florida public university Baccalaureate Degree in General Business or Business Administration and Management, please see a HCC counselor for current course and program information.
