Culinary Arts Management -  Learn and perfect the skills to become a professional cook or chef.

Hospitality and Tourism Management - Develop the skills to manage hotels, motels, recreation establishments and resorts.

Restaurant Management - Acquire the skills to manage a hotel/motel, restaurant, bar or catering agency.

Dietetic Technician - A dietetic technician guides others to better health through nutrition. Learn to work with a registered dietitian to assist with menu planning, diet instruction, and food purchasing in schools, hospitals, resorts or senior living facilities.

Certificate Programs:

Apprentice Certificate - Prepare to work as a pantry, prep or lead cook.

Culinary Arts Certificate - Train to become a cook, restaurant manager, or food director of a hotel or resort.

Event Planning Management Certificate  - Develop business skills related to the hospitality industry.

Food and Beverage Operations Certificate - Learn basic operations in running a restaurant or managing food services.

Food and Beverage Management Certificate - Prepare to take on the role of supervisor or manager in the food industry.
