The Dale Mabry Campus Hospitality Department is pleased to announce a special culinary opportunity:
EVERYTHING OLD IS NEW AGAIN: AN ART EXHIBIT AND RETRO FOOD TASTING EVENT.
This free event will be held on the evening of Thursday, February 7, 2013 from 6:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Dale Mabry Campus Gourmet Dining Room (DHUM 118).
Students in the culinary, dietetic technician, hospitality and restaurant programs will plan, orchestrate and facilitate the evening’s event.
This unique Open House style event will pair Hors d’oeuvres reception food with an art exhibition by local artist, Mr. Peter Bonk.

As with all of our visiting artists, Mr. Bonk’s art work will remain in our DMC Gourmet Dining Room for the enter semester for your viewing pleasure.
