The Gourmet Room, located on the Dale Mabry Campus, in the Humanities Building in room DHUM 118, is a fine dining restaurant experience run by our own Culinary, Hospitality and Restaurant Management students.
Due to the nature of this facility, we appreciate your understanding that this is a hands-on learning laboratory for these students. Seating is done on first-come first serve basis so you may be asked to sit with someone you might not know unless you have reservations.
The times for lunch and dinner are strictly adhered to, as this is class time for these students. Please understand that there is still clean-up that must be done once your dining experience ends
The Gourmet Room serves quality food at reasonable prices and will offer Regional Cuisine for the Spring Semester starting in February 2015.

The Gourmet Room will reopen for the Spring 2015 Semester in February.
- Lunch 12:00-1:00 p.m. on Wednesdays
- Lunch 12:00-1:00 p.m. on Thursdays
- Dinner 7:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursdays
Reservations are highly recommended for planning purposes. Once again, the Gourmet Room does not open until September.
Menus and themes will be posted regularly as they are available with the dates and times, starting in February.
The restaurant accepts cash or check, but cannot accept credit cards at this time.
