Gourmet Dining Room Reservations

      The Gourmet Dining Room at Hillsborough Community College’s Dale Mabry Campus provides its customers with contemporary and regional dining. Culinary Arts students prepare and serve lunch and dinner two days a week.       

     Reservations are strongly recommended. 

     To reserve space, please email diningroomreservations@hccfl.edu. 

     Step 1  Reserve your lunch or dinner online at diningroomreservations@hccfl.edu.                Prompts will direct guests through the reservation process.  

     Step 2  The Gourmet Dining Room Concierge will contact guests, who have made reservations, to discuss the payment and ticket process. 

     Step 3  Upon receiving payment, a ticket will be printed bearing the guest name, confirmation number and number of seats purchased.  The ticket is the guest’s reservation confirmation. 

     Step 4  Tickets are presented to the Gourmet Dining Room Hostess/Host when seating for lunch or dinner begins.
