Hillsborough Community College employees are required to take Sexual Harassment Training.  All new hires take the Sexual Harassment Training during the orientation period.  Furthermore, over 1200 employees during the period of 2006 – 2008 completed the online Sexual Harassment Training.

In order to provide accommodations for its employees, Hillsborough Community College provides several leave policies.
