Melissa Zucal, M.S of Ed.
As part of the HCC family for the past seven years, Melissa currently serves as one of the Instructional Technologists in the Instructional Technology Services group, which is part of the CITT, Online@HCC Administrator, and adjunct faculty member.

Melissa’s work experience includes management, sales, computer programming, systems analysis, and course design. Her work experience also includes eight years experience as a training coordinator where she was responsible for training over 100 employees at various levels within the organization.

She holds an Associates of Science in Business Computer Programming from Oakland Community College, a B.B.A. in Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University, and a Masters of Education in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University, which was completed entirely online. In addition, Melissa is a Blackboard Certified Trainer.

She is originally from a small town in Michigan and in her (limited) spare time likes to travel, read fiction, play with her three cats, and work on home improvement projects.
