While most anyone can enroll in an eLearning Course, it takes a particular kind of person to succeed in this non-traditional learning process. Students need to be skilled at using computers and internet technology. They need to be self-motivated, able to work independently, able to meet deadlines, and comfortable without in-class teacher contact. Effective management of a student's time is imperative to complete lessons and quizzes on the computer, take clear and concise notes, complete homework, and take 3 exams on the Dale Mabry Campus. Daily access to reliable computer equipment, the internet, and e-mail is necessary.
Attendance at ONE Mandatory Orientation is REQUIRED. You must attend the entire Orientation session and submit the first assignment on time in order to remain in the class. You will be de-registered from the class if you do not.
