It was my honor to be chosen as an EXCEL Fellow in 2004-05. EXCEL is a program co-sponsored by HCC that provides leadership development and experience to women and minorities in Florida higher education institutions. Fellows are asked to conceive and execute a project that will be of institution-wide benefit to HCC. I created a web site for the Faculty Development Committee.
