The Federal Work Study Program (FWS) offers excellent opportunities for students with financial need to gain meaningful work experience while earning money to help pay their educational expenses. Students must complete a FAFSA to be considered for Federal Work Study.

If at any time, a student's enrollment drops below 6 credits, they must stop working immediately.
How much can I earn?
Students earn the current minimum wage of $7.79 per hour up to $4,000 per academic year. Wages are paid bi-weekly.
Can I work as many hours as I want?
NO, the FWS program hours during the fall and spring semesters will be limited. Summer semester assignments will be based on departmental need and funding.
