SOLICITATIONS STATUS

Stepping Stones

The College's competitive solicitations are advertised, publicly opened, and tabulated in accordance with Florida Statutes and State Board of Education Administrative Rules.

After submissions received in response to a solicitation have been opened and tabulated, the procurement process continues in various stages until a notice is posted regarding the College's intended decision.

Information pertaining to the status of these competitive solicitations will be posted on this page throughout the Procurement Process.

Any protest involving the specifications, terms and conditions, or any other aspect of the solicitations, must be filed within the time limitations set forth in Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes. "Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes."
