VENDOR INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
In order to conduct business with Hillsborough Community College, all vendors must complete a Vendor Registration Form and IRS Form W-9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) as required by the HCC Purchasing Department.

In addition, all vendors are required to maintain insurance while provding active services to Hillsborough Community College. Active vendors must show proof of insurance and meet all HCC Vendor Insurance Requirements. Please submit proof (certificate) of insurance to:
