Long Term Disability

In the event that a benefits eligible employee becomes totally disabled and is unable to work due to illness or injury, s/he may be eligible to receive Long Term Disability payments after a 90-day waiting period.

HCC provides this coverage to all eligible employees as part of our core benefits package.  This plan may pay you up to 50% of your basic monthly earnings. 

Supplemental Long Term Disability

You may purchase coverage that pays you an additional 10% of your basic monthly earnings.
