Short Term Disability

Short Term Disability pays you a portion of your earnings if you cannot work due to an illness or injury.  You may purchase coverage that would pay you a benefit of up to 60% of your weekly earnings.  The maximum benefit is $1,000.00 per week. Your benefit could continue for up to 90 days.

You are eligible to file a claim after a seven day waiting period in the event of an accident or after a fifteen day waiting period in the event of an illness.
