In accordance with IRS tax laws, benefits provided to domestic partners can not be provided on a tax free or pre-tax basis.

Vision benefits are provided through Humana's network of private practice optometrists and ophtalmologists.  There are no retail chains in the network.  This allows providers to create doctor-patient relationships rather than the doctor-customer relationships that are created by some retail chains.

Our vision plan though Humana also includes LASIK benefits.
