Information Systems
The principal Human Resource Information System (HRIS) employed at HCC is provided by the HR application of Datatel's Colleague enterprise software.
With the approval for access, College employees with the need to see and use human resource information, can view most all of the HR screens on a read-only basis.
In addition, a system of locally devised menus and reports referred to collectively as HR Custom Reports has been created for users both inside and outside of the HR Department to make human resource information available to those who need it. Documentation in the form of training guides and references are in the Outlook public folders and available on the Documents/Guides web page.
