Recruitment and Interviewing Handbook

Attached is the revised October 2006 edition of the College’s Recruitment and Interviewing Handbook.

Hillsborough Community College has formal written procedures governing the screening,
interviewing, and selection process of employees.

Prior to reviewing the applications of qualified applicants and scheduling interviews, the hiring manager or screening committee is responsible for reviewing the handbook. The purpose of these materials is to facilitate processes used in the recruiting and interviewing of applicants to advertised positions with HCC. Inherent in this process is the College’s commitment to diversity and to the goals set forth in the College’s Equity Plan.
