Microsoft Outlook web access
Note: Web outlook uses the same password used when
Booting up your pc and signing on to the network.
1. Go to the HCC web site,
2. Click HCC EMAIL
“Microsoft Outlook web access’ screen appears.
Logon to my HCC email account
3. Enter your username
For WIN98 - First initial, last name, no spaces
DOMAIN is Family
For XP enter as FAMILY\yourusername
press enter
Your inbox will appear.
To read your email:
6. Click the person’s name, not the yellow envelope.
