Image Now Upgrade

On Wednesday June 6, 2012 OIT will be upgrading the ImageNow system. In order to maintain service levels the server infrastructure will be upgraded.
Starting at 5:00pm on June 6, the system will be shut down to begin the conversion. Testing of the new infrastructure will start Sunday, 6/10, and is being coordinated by the Systems Agents
If you encounter problems accessing ImageNow on June 11, please call our ImageNow Conversion Triage line at 6094 rather than submitting a ticket.
