This website is designed to provide you with information about ASAC. The ASAC is the OIT governance body for Administrative Systems. The membership represents all administrative units as well as the President’s Cabinet.


ASAC Mission



The mission of the ASAC is to assist in providing guidance to OIT on policy, procedures and prioritization of all project requests. The ASAC makes recommendations to the Cabinet that establish priorities, procedure and reviews OIT’s performance by examining a summative evaluation of progress towards organizational goals.

Administrative Systems Advisory Council

This group is composed of members representing the President’s Cabinet, System Agents, OIT Department Directors, and other OIT administrative/consulting staff.

Meetings are held on a regular baisis and develop annual goals and a prioritized list of projects. Progress towards completion of the projects is reviewed at each meeting. New projects are evaluated and prioritized as they arrive from the user community with input from all participants.
