April in Paris: Dale Mabry Culinary and Hospitality Students Showcase the Best in Wine and Dining
The Dale Mabry Campus Hospitality Department hosted APRIL IN PARIS: A FINE FOOD AND WINE PAIRING EVENT on the evening of April 5, 2012 from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at the Dale Mabry Campus Gourmet Dining Room.
This unique event showcased a fine food and wine pairing four-course formal dinner. Courses were presented by Mr. Perry Thomas, an internationally known Sommelier. French wines that marry exquisitely and elegantly with the menu offerings were served. Faculty, staff, and students in the culinary/hospitality/restaurant/dietetics technician programs orchestrated and facilitated the evening's event.
There was limited seating available and the house was full of community and college friends. Be sure not to miss these annual events, tickets go fast, and the experience is unique. Students showcase their talents in all areas of service and culinary skills. The best of HCC shines through during these events where faculty, staff and students work together to create a unique dining experience for all guests.
The Gourmet Dining Room is located on the Dale Mabry Campus in the Humanities Building, room 118.
