HCC Administrative Rules require the annual evaluation of college administrators and Florida Statute requires the annual evaluation of the president. The evidence documenting that the evaluations have taken place or the dates of the most current evaluations could not be located. The On-Site Committee should review documentation to establish whether performance evaluations of administrators have been conducted on a periodic basis. |

Response of the Institution |

| An annual performance evaluation is completed for all Hillsborough Community College Administrators as outlined in Administrative Rule 6HX-10-3.18 which is available on the HCC website (HCC Administrative Rules). The HCC Board of Trustees also evaluates the President annually (Board minutes:2001-02 President's Evaluation; 2002-03 President's Evaluation; 2003-04 President's Evaluation; 2004-05 President's Evaluation). A list of all HCC Administrators and the dates of their 2004-05 evaluations are included for the On-Site Committee’s review (HCC Administrators and Evaluation Dates 2004-05). The 2006 evaluations for Administrators will be completed in August. At the time of the SACS visit, the On-Site Committee will be provided access to all completed administrative evaluations, to establish that performance evaluations for all Administrators, including the President, are conducted on a periodic basis at HCC, as recommended by the Off-Site Committee.
