Duplicating and Work Request System

Instruction

 

STEP 1:  Until Ybor Facilities web site is constructed you can access the “Facilities Link” by going to Ybor Campus home page, Select Administration.  Find and click on the “Facilities” link next to Ralph Waithe under Ybor City Campus Council or go directly to  http://hcchelp.hccfl.edu/footprints/facilities.html

STEP 2:  The Facilities login site will open to “Ybor Maintenance Request”.

DUPLICATING SERVICES:

STEP 3: For Duplication Mail Services go to the drop down box that says “Select a Project” select “Duplication Mail Services.”   Go to the Log In icon and click.  Logon as you would logon to your computer, click “Go.”

STEP 4: To fill out a request form for “Duplicating” click on the icon “Submit a Request.”

STEP 5: Please fill in a “ Brief Description” of Duplication Title.

STEP 6: For either “Duplicating Services” or “Maintenance Request”  your contact information should appear in the “Contact Information” section.

STEP 7: For Duplicating Services” go to the “Details” section.  Next to “Services” there is a drop down box, click on the drop down box arrow.  Select Duplication, if your Pop up blocker is on a link will appear under the “Services” box that says “Edit Dependent Fields”, click on “Edit Dependent Fields”.  Fill out all information that relates to your duplication request, then click “SAVE.”

STEP 8: For “Duplicating” under “Problem Description” please add any special instructions for your duplicating request.

STEP 9: For Duplicating” please attach the document for duplication by Clicking the “Attach Files” link under the section “ Attachments”.   Browse and Upload the documents you would like to attach and click “Go.”

STEP 10: Click “SAVE” to save your request to your history and to submit your request.

 

You will be emailed when your Duplicating Request is completed and you’ll be able to pick up your request at the mailroom.  Please don’t forget to bring your mailbox key for access to your mailbox, so that the mail room support doesn’t have to stop working to retrieve mail for personnel that have a mailbox key.

 

MAINTENANCE REQUEST:

STEP 1:  http://hcchelp.hccfl.edu/footprints/facilities.html

STEP 2:  The Facilities login site will open to “Ybor Maintenance Request” go to the Login icon and click.  Logon as you would logon to your computer, click “Go.”

STEP 3: To fill out a “Work Request” click on the icon “Submit a Request.”

STEP 4: Please fill in a “Brief Description” of the problem.

STEP 5: Under “Work Order Information” select “Problem Type” in the problem type drop down box.  Another  drop down box will appear select a “Specific Problem” from the specific problem drop down box.

STEP 6: Under “Problem Type” in the “Facility Site” drop down box select Ybor or Columbus Dr.. Another drop down box will appear for the Building selection.  Select the room number in the last drop down box.  If the room number isn’t listed please type in the room number under “Problem Description.”

STEP 7: Also under “Problem Description” please add any additional information for your work request.

STEP 8: Click “SAVE” to save your request to your history and to submit your request.

 

For Key request the old Work Request forms will have to be filled out and signed by your Dean and Campus President.
