The content prepares individuals to support management by expediting and facilitating the maintenance and production of correspondence and records; to telecommunicate; maintain office budget; planning; preparing correspondence and resolutions; and filing and maintaining documents. Course work, which provides supplemental education for those already employed in these occupations, can be applied to the two-year Office Administration degree and the Office Specialist (18-credit), Office Management (27-credit), and Medical Office (34-credit) certificate specializations.
