This Specialization focuses on careers in office administration. Depending on the curriculum options selected, graduates will prepare for positions such as office systems managers, senior administrative assistant, executive office administrators, senior word processing specialists, administrative assistants, office receptionists, software applications specialist, customer service representative, executive secretary, software trainer, or help desk specialist.
