HCC Live's Call Center Feedback
HCC Live Call Center is
managed by Black Board Student Services. Please assist us with quality
control and accuracy of the information provided via the Call
Center. If you experience any problems with our call center
operations, please send an email to the following addresses below. In
your description of the problem, please include the ticket number that
the call representative provides along with the details of the complaint or
feedback. If a call representative does not offer you a ticket number
please request one. This will help Blackboard Student Services track the
call to make improvements.
