Stephen Mullis is the Regional Director for the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice’s Detention Services programs in the Central Region of Florida.  During his career with the State of Florida, he has served as a Social Worker, a Child Abuse Investigator, a Felony Probation Officer, an Inspector General’s Office Investigator, and has developed and directed secure treatment programs for juveniles.  He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Work from the University of West Florida and a Master of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Nova University.
