POLICE AND CORRECTIONS ACADEMY GRADUATE TRACK

 

The State of Florida has abolished most A.A.S. Degrees as of Fall 2013.   Students enrolled in the A.A.S. Degree Program prior to Fall 2013 have two years to complete the program and graduate.   New students will not be permitted to enroll in an A.A.S. Degree Program.  The following information is provided for the benefit of those students already enrolled in this program.



General Education Courses (15 hrs)

Group I - Communications (3 hr)            

ENC 1101......English Composition I

Group I - Humanities (3 hr)               

Any General Education Humanities Course                                               

Group II - Mathematics (3 hr)                           

Any General Education Math Course

Criminal Justice Courses (49 hrs)

Articulated Credits

Students who have completed a Florida Police Academy will be awarded 33 Credits.
Students who have completed a Florida Corrections Academy will be awarded 27 Credits.
Students who have completed both a Florida Police and a Corrections Academy will be awarded 39 Credits
