Fire Officer I

Seven 40 hour courses are required for the Fire Officer I certification.  All seven of these are available at HCC.  However additional required courses that are less than 40 hours in length are also listed below and these are NOT currently available through HCC.

          FFP 1810 Tactics and Strategy I

          FFP 2811 Tactics and Strategy II

          FFP 2740 Fire Service Course Delivery

          FFP 1506 Fire Prevention and Investigation

          FFP 2540 Private Fire Protection Systems I

          FFP 2120 Building Construction for the Fire Service

          I-200 Basic Incident Management

          I-300 Intermediate Incident Management

          Anti-Terrorism class

Upon completion of these certification requirements, you can apply through the FCDICE website to take the certification exam.
