Dress for Success

The interview is not the place to exhibit fashion flair. With very few exceptions, casual wear such as sandals, sweatshirts, shorts, tee shirts, or worn jeans are out.  Dress shoes, business suits, dress shirts, dress slacks, tailored and conservative skirts and dresses are the way to impress employers. Even though many companies have relaxed the internal company dress code, interviews still follow the conservative standard.
