Associate in Arts degrees (AA) are awarded to students who complete university transfer curricula designed to prepare them to enter as juniors at a four-year college or university. Click here for a current list of AA Transfer Tracks.
Associate in Science degrees (AS) are awarded to students who complete technical programs. The AS degree is designed to prepare students for the workforce. A number of these degrees are designed so that students who earn them may transfer their credits into specialized programs at four-year institutions. Click here to explore our AS Programs.
College Credit Certificates (CCC) may be awarded for programs of less than two years in selected technical areas leading to an associate in science degree. The CCC’s are designed to prepare the student for entry into a particular field or to upgrade the skills of those already employed in the field. Click here for a current list of CCC Programs.
Postsecondary Adult Vocational Certificates are awarded for completion of a specified course of study designed to prepare individuals for employment. PSAV programs are designed for those students interested in a specific job in business or industry. Requirements vary in the number of hours required for completion. Advanced Technical Certificate (ATC)
Advanced Technical Certificates are short-term, advanced training programs for those who already have an Associate in Science degree. Programs range from 9 to 45 credit hours. Click here for a list of ATC Programs.
Applied Technology Diploma (ATD)
Applied Technical Diplomas are short-term, technical training programs focusing on a specific field. A minimum of 11 credits is required. Credits may be applied to the related AS degree. Click here for a list of ATD Programs.
