Culinary and Hospitality Management


Associate in Arts
 
This transfer track is for students who want to pursue a four-year degree in hospitality administration management. It allows a student the ability to complete the 36 hours of general education while meeting the common prerequisite requirements for university admission into the hospitality administration program.

Associate in Science
If you enjoy working with people and food, hospitality and culinary arts may be the field for you. Beyond training to be a chef, there are many rewarding opportunities to improve health, manage businesses or plan events. The Gourmet Room, located on the Dale Mabry Campus, is a fine dining restaurant experience run by our own Hospitality and Culinary Science students.
