Nesha Anderson is the owner of FINAO Brand Apparel, custom clothing designs, established in 2019. FINAO is an acronym for “failure is not an option” which has been Nesha's motto for many years. Fashion has been her passion since childhood and Nesha is an expert at taking current trends and customizing them to create a unique style. Nesha is highly sought after for styling advice and shopping tips and she has realized her lifelong dream of owning her own fashion house and boutique.

Andrew "Andy" Bennett, PMP is the Managing Member and President of The National Center for Responsible Government Contracting, LLC (NC-RGC) Andy is a United States Air Force Academy graduate who served in more than 36 countries. Established as a Program Manager in the Defense Industrial Base Sector for government contracts totaling hundreds of millions of funded dollars, he oversaw all aspects of fulfillment, finance and contracting for his programs. For 17 years, he has worked firsthand with startups through multi-billion-dollar international companies in both prime and subcontractor roles. The NC-RGC depends on collaborative technology, consistent processes and a mentorship mindset to exceed expectations for its existing client base and to set realistic objectives for prospective clients. The goal of his staff of industry experts is to guide companies to conduct ethical and responsible business with the government.

Veronica Blakely is a native of Tampa, Florida where she has worked as an educator and corporate manager. Her business, V’s Voice Enterprises, Inc., a communication, academic, and coaching company was created from her passion for education. Veronica is the author of six books, and she is a former local President and Area Governor of Toast Masters International where she managed six public speaking clubs. Veronica has a BA in Speech Communication, an MA in Management, and an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership. Dr. Andy Gold is a longtime social entrepreneur, educator and cofounder of The InLab@HCC and Operation Startup. Dr. Gold is a full-time business faculty member at Hillsborough Community College, and teaches in the graduate school at the University of Tampa, and the University of South Florida. He is also a co-founder of the HCC Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program, serving as an internal entrepreneurial evangelist at HCC.

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Jason Hendricks is an award-winning entrepreneur and local community leader with a focus on connecting others through personalized experiences. After his time in the military, Jason began his entrepreneurial journey in 2019 with his company Forgot or Knot, where customers can send their loved ones a gift with a personalized video message while a camera crew records the recipient's reaction.  Since then, Jason has successfully expanded Forgot or Knot while studying at University of Texas at Dallas for his Master’s in Entrepreneurship. Today, Jason continues his passion for connecting others through personalized experiences with his new venture TIED, where clients can spend less time on the road, and more time relaxing. When Jason isn’t working on his businesses, he is giving back to the Dallas community through initiatives such as toy drives and mentorship.

DeSheun Hines is a US Marine veteran who served as a Combat Engineer from 2004 until his 2013 discharge as a decorated Sgt. of Marines. DeSheun then graduated from Hillsborough Community College (HCC) with his Associates in Arts degree with High Honors.  While at HCC, he also completed the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Certificate program, with High Honors, and was the 2015 Business Student of the Year, thanks to the help of his mentors Professor Beth Kerly and Dr. Andy Gold. In 2017, DeSheun graduated from the University of Tampa with a B.S. in Management (Magna Cum Laude) where he was named Management Student of the Year.   DeSheun is currently the Project Manager for InLab@HCC and is taking the STRIVE program to national recognition. DeSheun believes that the only way to be successful is to help those around him achieve success. Knowledge is only powerful when it is put to use, so he plans to use his to help fellow veterans successfully transition from war heroes to workforce heroes.

Joe Jones is the founder of Transition Masters, a 10 week program that teaches job search presentation skills. For more than 14 years, Joe has counseled between 20 - 100 people per week for their job searches. Joe has helped thousands of people find work they enjoy by leading job search Zoom meetings every week. He can dramatically improve your “Zoom image” in a just few minutes.

Beth Kerly is a strategic thinker, collegiate educator and engaged community advocate with over twenty-five years of management, marketing and entrepreneurial experience. Extensive record of leading change and building effective relationships and partnerships with a wide variety of stakeholders. A thorough applied knowledge of management, marketing and entrepreneurship fields.  Founder of a Marketing Consulting business, advisor to international programs division and a strategic manager for a start up telecommunications company. Also responsible for launching the Entrepreneurship program at Hillsborough Community College and co-founder of Operation Startup and the InLab@HCC. Combined and applied business and strategic management experience, professional skills, and educational background to serve as a tenured Business Faculty at a large state community college; course specializations include marking, management, entrepreneurship, finance, and business communications.  In addition to serving as an Associate Professor other duties include committee leadership, program development, and advising services.

Greta is a full-time instructor for the College of Business at St. Petersburg College, where she teaches management and business. She has been with SPC since 2005 as an adjunct and full-time since 2012.  Currently, Greta works with entrepreneurs who need assistance with their marketing materials and email marketing. Her side idea, Biz Dynamics Group, brings business owners together to educate others.   She is working on her PhD in Management and Organizational Leadership; her specialty is management with a focus on leadership. Her dissertation is on strategy and she hopes to assist organizations to develop and implement strategic planning.  She is married to an amazing software engineer and she has two young boys.

Sheyenne Kreamer has 25+ yrs of experience helping people in career transition at all levels of society.  She has developed her own social enterprise and has taught hundreds of people her process for identifying a social impact mission and then building an income around it.  She has taught in community colleges & universities in North Carolina, as well as in prisons and homeless shelters.  Sheyenne is sought out internationally to teach social entrepreneurship.

Kostas Stoilas is the Founder / Managing Broker of Fortress Commercial Real Estate. He has extensive commercial/industrial real estate sales and leasing expertise.  Kostas represents both tenants and landlords from local to national levels and even global multi-national firms, through the Tampa Bay area including Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Pasco, Orange, Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte and Lee counties.
He has now partnered with the InLab@HCC & Operation Startup to present Commercial Real Estate for Startups: What to know about leasing and buying space for your company.

Dewayne A. Kimble Sr., is the owner of KMD 89 Consulting, LLC. Dewayne is an Army veteran and previously worked at the Department of Veteran Affairs as a Rating Veteran Service Representative deciding VA compensation claims for almost ten years.  He received a Bachelor of General Studies from Southeast Missouri State University and a Masters of Business of Administration (MBA) from William Woods University. He previously worked for Proctor and Gamble, Kraft Foods, Oscar Myer and Tropicana as a Supervisor, Department Manager and Project Manager.

Rolanda S. McDuffie, CPA is a native of Tampa. She graduated from King High School and went on to attend North Carolina Agricultural & Technical University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting followed by a Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance.   Ms. McDuffie manages a successful CPA firm which she started over five years ago. Her professional passion is to see small business owners and non-profit organizations grow and become financially fit through the use of accounting, tax, investing and business advisory services. That same passion is what drives her to serve the community in various, related capacities. Ms. McDuffie is frequently called upon to provide her expertise at workshops, seminars, and conferences. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of several non-profit organizations. While Ms. McDuffie certainly enjoys her profession, she understands the importance of balancing life with leisure activities. Her love of travel has taken her to South Africa, England, Italy, China, Iceland, Cuba, Kenya and France to name a few. In addition to travel, she enjoys live music, movies, fine dining, and adventurous excursions. Her incredible sense of humor helps her to not take her golf game (or lack thereof) too seriously.

Dr. Angela A. Scott is the Co-Founder and COO at Growing Human Capital with a S.M.I.L.E., LLC. She oversees the team-building training, executive coaching, and personal/professional development coaching that generates genuine dialogue to help people operate transparently, both professionally and personally.  During her years of earning her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Master of Science Degree in Business, and Doctoral Degree in Organizational Leadership, she bridged her education knowledge with her corporate, nonprofit, and military experiences to birth her passion for helping leaders grow.  Dr. Scott has worked with reputable government agencies, school districts, and small businesses, to help leaders build unity through diversity, inclusion, and team-building programs. She knows that building relational capacities on teams involves a unique combination of attributes which she demonstrates with a S.M.I.L.E. | serving, modeling, inspiring, listening, and engaging. Dr. Scott wants to build better relationships through growing leaders to use the S.M.I.L.E. technique.
