No matter where you are in your entrepreneurial journey, you will benefit from an InLab Mentor. A mentor serves as a role model and is available to share his/her expertise and wisdom. Our highly engaged mentors have decades of experience and are here to support you through the entrepreneurial process.
In order to meet with a Mentor, you must complete the following steps:
- Become a member of the InLab community
- Have attended a minimum of 5 InLab Workshops
- Engage (like, share or comment) with the InLab social media at least 5 times.
- Have a draft business model
- Have a landing page or prototype for testing

Andrew Bennett (Mentor)
Andy Bennett, PMP is a US Air Force Academy graduate who served in more than 36 countries around the world. As a Program Manager for government contracts totaling hundreds of millions of funded dollars, he oversaw all aspects of fulfillment, finance and contracting for his programs. His team provides a thorough contract compliance assessment of all active engagements. Audit reviews may be focused on operations, contracting or financials, third-party validation of client adherence to terms and conditions as well as corporate best-practices. Gain piece of mind knowing your company is adhering to the contract terms and conditions.
Clint serves as an advisor to NACCE and the KSU Shore center for entrepreneurship. He founded three companies in Florida and Georgia and began teaching/mentoring after selling his last business. Professionally qualified by the AACSB business school association, Clint earned a MBA and five certifications in entrepreneurship. He founded the entrepreneurship program at the State College of Florida. As a Vietnam veteran, he mentors vets through IVMF Syracuse and has taught under the Veterans Florida Entrepreneurship Program, at HCC Tampa.
Robyn Gable, CEO, Veterans ASCEND
Robyn Grable is the chief executive officer of Veterans ASCEND, which she founded in 2018 to bring veterans and employers together, improving corporate bottom lines as well as the lives of America’s service heroes and their families. Her unwavering commitment to veteran employment is well-served by her corporate and military experience, including more than 30 years of private sector human resources after nine years of service in the U.S. Navy. Her ongoing study of America’s veteran workforce has made her a leading voice on the barriers and keys to success for their employment. She is a seasoned speaker and media resource, earning respect and praise from her peers.

Stephanie Heredia Taxes Tampa
Originally from San Francisco, CA, Stephanie started Taxes Tampa during her time as an undergraduate at The University of Tampa. She has worked with CPA firms for over 6 years and also spent 4 years auditing hospitals in the State of Florida. In addition to her time at UT, Stephanie obtained her Masters of Accountancy degree from USF-St Pete, with a focus track in Taxation. Stephanie specializes in business formations, tax preparation and tax planning. Outside of Taxes Tampa, Stephanie spends her time mentoring businesses at accelerators and incubators in Tampa and St. Pete, helping them start non-profits, scale their business, and reach their goals.

Beth is a full-time tenured business faculty member at Hillsborough Community College. She serves as the co-founder of the HCC Entrepreneurship program, and InLab@HCC. Ms. Kerly founded BK Consulting, a marketing advisory service company, and co-founded e2Venture. Her areas of specialization include sales & marketing,value proposition development, and customer development. Beth is very active, and passionate in her support of women aspiring to launch businesses to have a positive impact on our community. Her work has also focused on serving Veterans, and at-risk youth.

Greta is an accomplished business professor, small business mentor, entrepreneur, and Veteran advocate. She has been teaching business courses for over 13 years. She is also a fundraiser with experience in Annual Giving, Board Development and Strategic Planning. Greta is an entrepreneur - in - residence at InLab@HCC, and is a go-getter! She started her career in television broadcasting and after a some reflection, changed her mind and life and went back to school to complete her MBA. She is working on her Ph.D. in Business Strategy while she teaches full-time and helps local businesses. Biz Dynamics Group is her current business, where she connects business entrepreneurs with each other, to build upon their strengths.
Donald Noble, Chief Financial Officer, Team Vetcor
Donald H. Noble serves as Team Vetcor’s Chief Financial Officer. Don is also a partner in the Florida CFO Group and is a Board Member for CareerSource Tampa Bay. He volunteers as a mentor to Veterati and ACP. Don has over 20 years of financial management experience across various industries and specializes in first and second stage, fast-growing organizations. Don is a United States Air Force veteran and earned his Master of Science in Finance from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.
Jeff Stanislow, Chief Internet Marketer
Advertising and marketing specialist, Jeff Stanislow created Chief Internet Marketer to provide consulting, training and professional services. Jeff’s success with Michigan enterprise, Motor City Interactive and Tampa Bay’s The Bay Connection, sparked the creation of CIM. Jeff has specialized in online marketing for over 20 years, providing solutions to numerous national companies including Bally Total Fitness, Flagstar Bank, Ford Motor Company, and General Motors, and is frequently sought as a guest speaker on internet trends and topics, Jeff holds a B.S. degree in Marketing from Michigan State University, and an M.S. from Walsh College where he spent five years as an Adjunct Professor.
