Automotive Service Technology - PSAV 1,800 clock hours (16 months to complete)
Automotive Service Technology students will gain knowledge and skills for entering careers in automotive service and repairs, parts supply and after-market product installation. Instruction and experiences include: the functioning, servicing and repairing of engines, suspension systems, brake systems, automotive electrical systems, fuel systems and air conditioning. Upon successful completion of this program, the student will receive a certification from Hillsborough Community College.

Afternoon - January 28, 2019 / Next Cohort - Summer 2020
Evening Program: Monday - Friday 1:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Day Program: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 1:30 pm
The cost of the program covers tuition, lab fees, materials, tools, tool box, books, and an Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification test.
All students will sit for one or more of these ASE certification tests prior to graduation. Graduation is not contingent upon passing these tests.
