The HCC Soccer Club was established for the purpose to bring the sport of soccer to HCC's Dale Mabry campus. Membership to this organization signifies that all members, students, faculty, and staff are passionate about the sport of soccer and enjoy sharing their skills, knowledge, and enthusiasm through competition. In the Fall and Spring semesters, there is an intramural league open to all HCC students that plays games from 7pm to 9pm. There is also a men’s club traveling soccer team that plays against other colleges and universities around the state of Florida. In the Spring 2014 season, the Men’s Club Team finished the season 3-0, defeating the University of South Florida, the University of Tampa, and Eckerd College.
