Facilities Planning and Construction

The Facilities Planning and Construction Office supports the College campuses and centers by managing the planning, design and construction of facilities that function effectively and enhance the ability of the College to meet its educational mission. We are committed to delivering newly constructed and renovated facilities that:

  • Meet high standards
  • Are functional as well as aesthetically pleasing
  • Are on-time and within budget

The Facilities Planning and Construction Office also maintains an up to date inventory of all facilities, conducts surveys to identify future facility needs and updates campus master plans as needed. Additionally the department coordinates plan reviews, permitting and inspections of construction related projects on all College properties as required in Florida Statute Section 1013.37.
